Cancelling one guest off Disney Cruise

Just wondering if we would get any money back as our eldest has started an unexpected apprenticeship so doesn't want to come away with us. We sail in 107 days but have paid up (not due till end of July) does anyone know if we would get a refund with the cruise and also our flights that are booked with United?

I would call asap and see what Disney can do. You've past paid in full date so it might be a reduced amount you get back but it wont be nothing. They also will try their best to get things sorted for you so I would just phone as soon as you can and see what they say. The closer you are to the cruise the less you get back.

That's great thank you! I'm sure we didn't need to pay in full until the end of this month so may be lucky - I'm going to ring them today, thanks again!

If you booked direct, call or email DCL, or if you booked via a US TA, contact them. As long as you cancel her more than 90 days (it's actually 89, but it's midnight etc) .. you get a full refund for her. I am basing that on the fact you're on a 7 night Caribbean cruise departing from the US, had one room and more than 2 people in it?

If you booked via a UK agent, you will probably lose the lot. :angry:

Thanks Joa, we booked direct and I have rung them - full refund on the way! Silver lining to every cloud and all that 😀👍🏻 thanks for your help
