Disny Med Cruises and The French Attacks ?
Do you think Disney will change their Med itineraries in the light of the French terrorist attacks ?
I remember a few years back that they dropped Tunisia as a port of call way before last years horrendous tourist attack. I'm wondering how this weeks events may affect Disney's, and all other cruise lines, for that matter, & ports of call going forward... So sad for France, and the wonderful French people. I do hope it won't keep tourists away from such a beautiful part of the world - but its already obvious the knock on effects of previous attacks in Egypt & Turkey have been this year.

I've been wondering the same thing, especially for those cruising there in the short term. Ville Franche is my absolute favourite port in the world & I adored both Monte Carlo & Nice - for me they were a highlight on all three of my DCL med cruises! Such a sad, sad time!

I doubt they will. Unlike Tunisia where tourists were being targeted, these are more random and not really related to tourists specifically. I would doubt that anything will change apart from maybe tours but even so I doubt it will be noticeable. I may be wrong though.

Tragic events and who knows what DCL will do. I'm sure they take advice from Governments etc in order to make the best decision.
Personally, I hope they continue going to all of the normal places as otherwise these moronic people have won. Joa
