Best time to phone DLP at the mo?

Hiya all,

As above really 🙂. When are the phone lines most quiet at the moment?

I’m planning on phoning to rearrange our booking to next year and expecting it to be a full days work lol.

Edit: just checking...is it correct that the 0330 number does count as a standard national call, so included in most mobile phone plan minutes? Before I go sitting on hold for most of a day, then find I’ve got a phone bill so expensive I need to remortgage! 😂

I’ve always got through to them fairly quick, perhaps 5 min wait, even at about midday. Always an American who answers these days too.

03 numbers are usually covered in mobile standard minutes.

I phoned earlier and got through straight away. Moved our end of July booking to next February half term with no problems.

The number is 0330 1231644
