I did wonder if due to upgrading to Genie+ but would have thought more people would be experiencing the same thing.
I’ve tried using my VPN but still doesn’t work, I guess I’m going to have to bite the bullet and wait on the phone line for hours😡😡😡

I have had issues today its thrown me out a couple of times so I have given up for now... can I just ask though as we are chatting about MDE... where it asks for a mobile number it won't take mine ...what format should I be using ?

I have just checked mine. I have selected +44 from the drop down box and then I have typed in my mobile number without the leading zero.
