Here is a new thing to consider - autocorrect.
Friends of ours have a new grand-daughter called Mazi (I presume pronounced like Maisie, I haven’t heard it as they are in the US). One of their FB friends posted “Welcome to the world little Nazi” It was a while before she posted again and saw what the autocorrect had done!

My super duper great nephew is called Ralph .. all the 'old' names coming back.
We call him Ralphasaurus Rex obviously! Joa (always gets Jo, Joan etc)!
