Day 2 PCR test

Am not sure when we can add day 2 PCR test after returning?
Is it before we leave for Florida?

When you say add I assume you mean compete the PLF? This is no earlier than 48 hours before the flight home

Ooops sorry probably not explaining myself very well... the day 2 PCR test that you do when you arrive back. I was thinking that you had to put the reference number in before you left the UK to prove you had booked a test, maybe I�m wrong and you don�t have to do that ?

You need to put that ref number into your passenger locator form when you are abroad, 48 hours or less before return flight home. You won�t need to do it before you fly out from UK.

Ok thanks! I dunno if I�m coming or going with all this! I was of the understanding that you needed to have it booked before you left ...
But you also have to put in the LFT return to UK test in too, is that also 48 hours beforehand?

You can have it booked before you go. It�s best to do it as then it�s 1 less thing to worry about. You put your return date in and they�ll send it before then. If you want to physically have it before you go, just put the return date in as one before your departure date.

You only use the code on the PLF that you fill in before returning to the U.K.

Better to book it before you leave as one less thing to worry about on holiday.

The LFT result doesn't go on the PLF at all. The result is for the airline to verify prior to departure
