Skip the counter Virgin (Alamo)

If you are having trouble with the reservation number not being accepted email Veronique at vgires@goalamo.com her email is the contact they point you on the website. I had this issue last Friday, checked in and opted for skip the garage today. I sent an email with our VH reservation number and she got back to me with an Alamo reservation number that worked.

Did you get sorted? I've just managed to check in online but I'm having an error message when I try to complete the 'skip the counter' part. It seems to accept everything but when I click to process it it says there has been an error. I've been trying for 2 days now. It's been 2 years since I've done this so I'm wondering if I've entered something wrong!

This is what happened to me, I found the email address in the help area and was sent additional paperwork with an additional booking reference that was what the Alamo page needed, simples!

I've just emailed the person you've suggested. Fingers crossed. I can't bear the thought of waiting in that line after the flight!

We had same issue. Contacted virgin and within 24 hours had an alternative reference. Collected car yesterday. No issues. Brand new mini van so we were lucky.
