Lovely to see E22 back, he is doing so well now and feeding too but I'm worried about E21 and hope he is found or returns soon.

Few years ago one eaglet from the nest outside our friends home went AWOL for 5 nights before returning to the nest, squeeing on until the adults fed it. While applying the same logic to E21, Bayshore Rd running directly past the nest is very busy between North Fort Myers and Cape Coral plus the huge amount of people/photographers who rocked on up when Harriet went missing and continue to trespass on the land, leaving food on the ground are causing concerns believed to have unnerved the eaglets. It's an E21 waiting game.

I'm still monitoring the cam and both eaglets have survived and are thriving after so much drama this season, won't be long before they fledge and head off to make their own way out there altho it'll be around 5 years before they breed. If M15 returns with a new mate next year should either of the eaglets return they'll be chased off by M15 or his mate as they're seen as a threat to any new eaglets.

Hi T, it seems E21 has left but E22 is still hanging around grabbing food from M15. It was a joy to watch these eaglets thrive as I wasn't sure once Harriet was lost that they would make it. M15 obviously has appeal to the ladies and hopefully he'll be back next season with a new bird on his wing :
