European holiday with teens

Duinrell holiday park in Holland is brilliant. Easy to drive to from Calais with onsite theme park and water park. Took my daughter and a friend when they were 14 and they loved it. Could go off on their own which they liked. Very nice little town and beach close by, could walk to town. We hired bikes and rode into The Hague which was great.

We are off to Sicily again. Unspoilt and less touristy , kids love it .

We took our then 13-year-old to Nice, France. We booked a nice Eurocamp with a great pool area, and did day trips to Nice (cycled along the boulevard), Cannes, and Monaco - it was a great week and she really enjoyed places like Cannes and Monaco in spite of having the attitude before we left, that she didn't want to go anywhere in the first place lol! So for any teen girls that love a bit of glitz and glamour, definitely a great region to consider!

it probably depends what your teens like doing - my teen boys loved the Algarve as there was a choice of two waterparks and other activities/attractions. We also went to Croatia and loved that , there was kayaking , cliff jumping , visiting other islands and Dubrovnik. We are going back to a different part this year. We have also been to European centre parcs and campsites in France and Spain , Lanzarote plus Salou(though I can see you have already been there) and I can honestly say we have never had a bad or boring holiday. I do love to plan though so I research to make sure there will be enough to interest us before we go.

We got amazing cheap flights to barcelona in the summer holidays this year. We are either going to do a euro camp or split stay in Barcelona and portaventura. My teens are 17 and 13
