Keep getting thrown out of dibb

Since Monday I sign in, put remember me and get getting the you are not logged in

Tried contact admin Monday but no reply (normally very fast reply)

Any ideas?

What sort of device are you using (tablet, pc etc) and what operating system (windows 10,iOS, android ) and how is it connected (wifi , mobile data)

Has this device ever worked correctly on the dibb? Does it work on other sites ok?

Happy to try and help but not enough info so far.

Check that your device/computer is not in private mode, check that you have cookies enabled.

Clear your browser cache and cookies and try logging in to DIBB again.

I did actually reply back to your email a few minutes after receiving it.

I replied at 14:28...

"Your account is fine. It sounds like you are blocking cookies. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Cookie Choices. Make sure cookies are turned on or you wont stay logged in."

I have checked the email logs and we have a delivery receipt for the email to your hotmail account. Check any junk folders.

I have seen situations with some mobile data providers where their gateways dont always handle cookies properly hence my questions about how you were connecting
