Cost of outdoor reception at WDW

What could I expect to pay for an outdoor reception for around 30 people? The photos of the one set up in Italy at Epcot are out of this world and would be perfect, but no doubt this would be out of my budget

Unfortunately the minimum requirements for the Italian courtyard is 50 guests. Italy's Isola is a 100 guest minimum
Site rental is $2000 for the courtyard and $575 for Isola this is before food and beverage costs.
Events must either end before 10am or begin after 10pm

Food and beverage minimums are
Breakfast/Brunch….$75 per person
Lunch…………….$100 per person
Dinner……………$125 person

No I meant the reception, although the Illuminations one seems lovely, someone has got photos posted somewhere. Thanks anyway

I haven't heard about the wedding passporter. How do I go about getting it?

That's definatly out then, we'll be having 40 guests max. Although the site rental is quite expensive I'm quite surprised the food isn't more. The times aren't very good either are they.

Are there any other nice outdoor locations?

You can book anywhere at WDW for a price. I have read of private events at the Grand Floridian, in the Great Movie Ride, Haunted Mansion etc.

Take a look here

They come at a price though!

We've decided against a Disney wedding now. For what we want it would cost an absolute fortune, so unless we have a Lotto win any time soon it will be Paradise Cove.

If you wanted to get married in Italy the minimum cost would $10,000 or $12,000 (they currently have a special offer for 10k at the moment). Plus you have to get married at 9am or earlier

Paradise Cove looks beautiful!
