BA fly drives May half term

Just looking at how flight prices are going around May half term next year. BA have released some fly drive prices up to 2nd Jun and seem to be quite good prices.
Around £1500 for 2A 2C incl Car for 2 weeks.

We were planning on going with Virgin, as have miles we could use.

I've being quoted £2900 from 23rd May to 2nd June for 3 adults and 1 C.

Will probably skip half term and go on May 30th to 13th June - after the silly season prices have dropped.

BA’s fly drive price has the benefit of including all necessary car insurances, nothing to be added.

I know Virgin Holidays’ price includes only basic car insurance and you add on whichever level of extra insurance you want.

I go with BA because I find them cheaper (but I’m flexible) and never had any problems worth remembering.

Change of plan.

As May Bank Holiday has been moved from the Monday 4th to Friday 8th I've taken advantage of that.

Going Fri 8th May to Tue 26th May, Full sized SUV, 3 AD and 1 Ch (11). £1700.

Cracking price. £425 each, including car for 19 days.
