As it won’t let me do a dummy booking for OKW in sep (or anything in October) it’s hard to gauge exactly what the impact will be on us. It was already looking a complicated booking, now it looks even more so. We would have been staying for a fortnight for the last 2 weeks of Oct with family, and the week before as an extra just for the 4 of us.

Will now be pricing OKW (and as a comparison the other villa resorts as i’d Love boardwalk villas) less 10% plus DDP and see how it fairs against a rough idea as to how much we would pay for food and drinks OOP, amd against renting DVC points)

Will be interesting to see how much availibility they offer on it, and how many DVC rooms they offer up through breakage and retained inventory this year at 330 days.
Annoying that it still costs more points though even though it is quieter. Wonder if that will change in time?

Looks like we'll try to rent DVC points instead for the Poly next August. To be honest we were considering doing it anyway but no free dining has made our minds up for us.

My empty Mickey countdown will have to wait a while longer...

Well I am very excited as I have been waiting for this to be announced BUT I am rather gutted that (at the moment) there are no standard rooms or any rooms for that matter for a family of 5 at CBR and only pool view rooms available at POR

What dates are you looking for? Yesterday I could see rooms for 5 at CBR 7th August 2020 for 12 nights.

Hmmm, no mention of it, but 2020 tickets that are currently on sale do include it. If not, this could be the return of the photopass share!

If it's like last year, OKW and SSR prices won't be available online until 330 days in advance. You might be able to get a price by calling, but renting points is likely to be your most cost effective option.

Fancy one of those 1bedroom villas, but I bet they’ll be pricey?
