The end of the world that is, they forgot to unlock the toilets! I can just see a line of cross legged folks standing in the isle
But as you say the flight itself was fine which is the important thing.

Haha, it was the whole thing, as I say, the flight itself was fine. You could just see though, that the staff didn’t really know what they were doing. It felt as if they were training or something. Not knowing how to use the card machines and simple stuff like that. Anyone who was on that flight would tell you the same I think 😂😂😂

Whilst forgetting to unlock toilet doors may seem funny, to me I read the original thread and though if they are not quite up to the usual standard, will they perform to their best in an emergency? The answer, hopefully, is yes they probably will, as they are all trained and licensed etc.

Treat my post as lighthearted nothing more.

It was the same on our flight home. The flight or plane wasn't bad but you could tell the cabin crew weren't as experienced.

An hour to distribute meals throughout a large aircraft ? Sounds pretty standard to me ... how long were you expecting them to take ?
Quite likely they were new to following the client's SOP rather than their own airline's so as one of the earlier flights it isn't surprising, Norwegian will have issued instructions that many service elements are done the Norwegian way.
Our MIA LGW this month was a wet lease, I'm a fan of Norwegian in flight service which I find very good but the Prestige crew were amazing probably the best crew I've had in decades over a wide range of transatlantic flights.

This was just our part of the plane. I’ve flown a fair amount of times and believe me this took ages
