Weather worries!

Have come across this thread as I am thinking of mid June next year, would be interested to know what the weather turned out to be like for the poster travelling June this year!

Florida is sub tropical, you will always get rain during the rainy season, but it’s nit the same as UK rain

We are here at the moment and have been blessed with the weather. We have been getting up early and out as quick as we can. We did 1 night in HRH for the 2 days express pass and the weather was glorious. After an exhausting day in the parks we decided to chill by the pool in HRH, had just settled when pool had to close due to lightening in the area. So we headed back into parks and lol and behold it lashed! But we didn't care, we had had our brilliant scorching day in the park. We watched the lightening from the hotel window and saw a wonderful fireworks display in the universal parks!

Went to volcano Bay twice (tip get there for 830am opening and you will get loads of rides done). Both days the pools had to close early due to rain but because we were in early we were ready to go home anyway.

Other activities where rain didn't spoil our fun were Gatorland and ksc (beautiful weather on both days).

We have discovery cove tomorrow and that is the only day I am worried about the weather as we go home Saturday so won't have much opportunity to reschedule if rain spoils it.

I am in Clearwater at the minute, when we were leaving the keys last week my daughters looked at the weather forecast for the second week of our holiday, they were distraught as it showed rain and thunder storms every day, it’s wednesday evening as I type and we haven’t seen one drop, not one, we have seen wall to wall 90 plus degrees sun though !

We're in Clermont and just had a huge 2o minute storm, house shaking from the thunder and lightning - it was very close

We're here just now. Have been here for about 10 days now.
Never seen a drop of rain for the first week and temps peaked at 105.
Rains back to normal in the 2nd week and temps peaked today at 110. There was a heat advisory issued it was that hot.
Weather has been fantastic and looks like staying this way until we leave.

Felt it here in calabay Parc as well Rob. It was scary!

I've just come back , landed the weekend and we only see one big thunder storm and a sprinkle of rain which missed us as on a ride. Weather was great the first week and second week it was soooooo hot as previous posts have said. We peaked at 107f looked for aircon and slowly made our way around parks - Wouldn't hesitate to book June again this was our 4th for that time of year
