Netflights - any opinions from people who have booked with them?

We've seen some great prices on Netflights (half the price of booking direct) and we wondered if there were any catches?

Are flights genuinely available when you go to book? Are there any hidden extras?


Basically, has anyone had any problems?

netflights is my go-to for booking flights for Orlando. We had a schedule change 1st time we booked with them, their communication was fine and they sorted suitable alternatives. No hidden extras, although since I last booked with them more flight companies seem to offer basic flights then you pay extra for bags etc. However, netflights i find do advertise clearly exactly what you're paying for, and give you options to add bags etc as you go through the booking process.

I also booked with netflights as they were considerably cheaper than the same flights with the flight carrier themselves.

Booked with net flights many times for different destinations and also Florida always been fab for me and cheaper!

used them last year with no issues - they kept me well updated of any flight time changes. Just make sure the flights you are booking includes your luggage.

Thoroughly recommend as on my upcoming flight I have already have several schedule changes and they are always contactable and helpful.
Had major problem in April where my return flight had been cancelled and they sorted it and actually helped towards my overnight accommodation cost which they didn’t have to do! It was a BA/AA codeshare and they just kept blaming each other!

We use them to get flight prices then go direct to the Airline (usually a bit more than the net flights quote but we prefer to book direct).
