We only discovered Carrabba's on our last holiday and really enjoyed it. It seems more authentic and the breads and oils dips that they serve at the start are yum! We had always enjoyed Olive Garden previously, but feel it is more American-ised. Still love their salad dressing and bread sticks though

Another vote for Vinito, we now find the food at Olive Garden too salty and processed.

Absolutely not! They do have white tablecloths (I think, from memory) but I’ve never felt anything but relaxed in there and I’m far from posh .

We had our wedding reception in Maggianos in Vegas and our private server was astounded at the amount of drink we put away - it was a four hour inclusive drinks package and we are Scottish

If u want a proper Italian, instead of the mass market places like Olive Garden, maggianos then try Vincenzo cucina Italiana , it’s a family run award winning restaurant on idrive next to kings bowl, it’s run by an Italian family who cook everything from scratch, it’s on the pricy side but the difference is amazing

Carrabba's = best value Italian IMO. LOVE the Sicilian Chicken Soup and lasagna. It's my first dinner every trip.

No, its pretty informal , v friendly service. we always remember one waiter who warned us not to eat too much bread before the main meal or we we would get too full - "Remember, bread is your enemy", he said. and he was right. We eat out a fair amount at home but my sons rate this as their favourite place anywhere.
