BA Gatwick - Orlando flight & check in day before

We are flying out on the afternoon flight, 1.15pm I think, DH has the email. Could anyone who has taken the same flight confirm the seat configuration in economy?

Has anyone done day before check in? I have seen a couple of websites that conflict on whether you can check in day before for this later flight.

The ba flights to florida from gatwick are normally 3-3-3 config. We have always checked in online the day before and then dropped our bags at the airport the night before we fly. We have done this on the later flight. Twilight check in opens at 4 and i think it closes at 9pm.

Online check-in opens 24 hours before your flight and just do bag drop on the day. If you mean twilight check-in the night before I'm not sure as we fly down on the day connecting from either Edinburgh or Glasgow. The economy configuration on this flight is 3-3-3.

We are looking at twilight check in as staying at the airport night before, due to travelling times on roads etc.

Yes you can use it. From the Gatwick site on day before check-in

British Airways

Opening hours: 16:00 - 22:00
Eligible flights: All next-day flights departing before 15:15. Use the self-service check-in kiosks, then deposit your baggage at the fast bag drop in zone A.
Cost: free
Other conditions: all passengers must be present at check-in
