3 Bedroom Apartments
Hi everyone, I’m in the very early planning stages for a family trip next September/October.
We’re 3 adults so ideally looking for 3 bedroom apartments/townhouses/any other suitable type or could compromise for 2 if there are 3 separate beds (mum snores like a trucker so needs to be in her own room to preserve our sanity). With a kitchen ideally as mum and brother love to cook and with access to a pool (doesn’t need to be private). We’re trying to avoid car hire as mum doesn’t want to drive, I never mastered parking well enough to have a license and my brother thinks speed limits are a suggestion. So would like lake Buena vista ideally, and with theme park shuttles if possible (Disney definitely, universal too would be a plus), although we’ll mostly rely on Uber. Does anyone have recommendations? It’s hard to specify 2/3 bed apartments on the usual sites and I keep getting 2 queen rooms which would result in one or more murders over 2 weeks. Lake Buena Vista Resort and Spa seems nice but it appears a bit hit and miss as to whether you’re allocated a decent apartment or not. We stayed at Cypress Point back in 2001 but it doesn’t look like it’s been updated since then 😂 Thank you in advance! |

I've stayed at LBV resort and Spa twice and both times my apartment was excellent. Booked through Virgin and Expedia.

I've stayed at Sheraton Vistana Resort in Lake Buena Vista three times with my parents, and we loved it. The apartments are a great size - we had two bedrooms, one with a huge double bed (and a nice big corner Jacuzzi bath in the bedroom, as well as its own en suite) and the other with two double beds. I believe you can get them with three rooms, too. They have open plan kitchen facilities and living room, and there are a few pools which weren't very busy when we used them, which was nice. I don't know about shuttles to the parks as we had a hire car, but would otherwise really recommend it!

We always have a car but have a look at floridays, it’s a good location with 3 bed condos etc.
