Do payments for Morrisons online go through Amazon

I did an first online Morrisons shop which I know is delivered through Amazon. Now I've had a message to say card is blocked, I think I must have mistakenly paid by my credit card not debit as that is linked to Amazon.
I've checked and my shopping order status is down as cancelled. The transaction amount that was tried wasn't quite the same as what the shopping order was though.
I can only assume that as I ordered something from Amazon.com from the US to be delivered to my brother in the US that my card details have been used fraudulently.
I'll contact the Nationwide later but has anyone come across this.

If you’ve used the card to pay in dollars for something it the US the bank may have flagged the transaction as suspicious, and therefore blocked the card for security until you confirm the transaction. This happens to me whenever I use my card to pay in a foreign currency. I’d call the bank - they will soon get it sorted
