New ESTA questions - help?

Hello

I am just about to do my husbands esta and have found out the new questions before I start but need a bit of help!

What is the National Identification No.?

For contact info do they just mean his mobile phone no?

Employment info, well my husband is self employed with own business so do I just put name of business or self employed?

Going into panic mode as hate doing the Estes and want all the info ready to go!

Thanks for any help

Are you using the Official ESTA link on this page? Only ask as there is no questions of NI number on the ones I did last night.

Make sure you're on the correct site and not a 3rd party site. This is the correct one:
esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta/

They do ask about Job, I was advised yesterday to put down your company name. My hubby is a contractor and we have a limited company so I used the Director of XYZ (whatever your company is called) as the name and then just our address went through fine.

I did ours last night and while it was much longer than usual, there was no NI number required. Make sure you're only paying $14 for it.
