Should I change my Sept Holiday Date to October

Hello All,

I need your help.

I have phoned Net-flights and been advised that I can move my universal Adventura holiday by a month from early September to early October.

The price difference is around 300 pounds and we would be travelling from an airport around 3 hours from our home( Glasgow) as opposed to our hometown Aberdeen- that adds around 200 pounds for travel/hotel etc.

We are really fearful that Halloween horror nights will be pushed forward this year and we will miss it when we go in early September.

What do you think?

Is it worth doing or should I still plan on September?

Many thanks

Is that the best they could offer you? I'd be wanting to move to next year.. a month doesn't seem worth it.

They have offered us next year as well-

However we have our honeymoon booked and wedding- so it would be beneficial for us to do this year and we have been looking forward to it.

I’d stick to September for now, if HHN is not on September I doubt it’ll be on at all

Not sure a month makes much of a difference TBH, I'd say if it isn't safe to go in Sept then Oct won't be any different. Likewise I'd expect HHN to be cancelled nigh on impossible to social distance, queues would be out the park at 2m not to mention how do they scare you if the scareactors can't come within 2m. Our 3 nights last year were rammed & you could hardly walk about & is it worth it financially if they have to reduce numbers.
We are currently booked for Sept but for us if we cancel it certainly won't be to go this year IYKWIM

I agree with others. I wouldn’t move a September trip to later this year.

We are going end Oct and ill be gutted if the HHN is not running, but I think it will be, there will just be some extra checks at the gate and the whole enter at your own risk etc.

I think they might push it back by a few weeks and reduce capacity but not by much. While the world is concerned with this 2 meter distance thing it depends if its mandatory or advisory. Since this will become the same as seasonal flu its not going away and things can't stay like this indefintely. I have no concerns myself but obviously each person has their own feelings.

I actually would move it a month just to be on the safe side, but again just my thoughts.
Im still playing going to Spain in July

The houses take so much time and money to create, why would they cancel the first few weeks? My guess it’ll be all or nothing
