London activity for kids

We are visiting London on Tuesday for the opening reception of our grandmothers collection in parliament and will have my DS10 with us.

We will have about 6 hours free time and looking for ideas of things we can do with him.

We’ve only taken him to London once when he was 7 and did the Natural History Museum and Science Museum + show

Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks

Tower of London was a big hit with mine. They also enjoyed taking the clipper up and down the river and the Emirates skyline.

All of the above are great we live in London so visit lots of the attractions regularly . Favourites of ours are Tower of London , London Bridge ,The Transport Museum which is great to grab a bite to eat at Covent Garden you could then wander up to The Lego shop in Leicester Sq M&M World . Natural History Museum . Emirates Cable Car Ride or Cutty Sark you could even walk up the O2. So many choices enjoy your day .

If you google treasuretrail.co.uk, you can find a range of treasure trails you can follow for different areas of London. They are great fun and you get to explore a part of the city looking at all sorts of things you would otherwise never see. They cost £6.99 I think, my two love them.
