Tower Room Upgrade at Doubletree Seaworld

Hi,

I've booked via kenwood and would like to upgrade my standard room to a tower room but apparently they can't do it via their system - is this something I should wait to do at hotel check in?

I've tried emailing April but both emails aren't working.

I only spoke to April the other day as we would like the same room as what we had on our previous trip.

It looks like we are going on the same day!

I'm getting slightly worried by the recent trip advisor reviews - how was your previous trip?

We had a lovely trip for our honeymoon in 2013. I've looked at the trip advisor reviews and they have always been a bit mixed. I can understand that the renovations that are happening and have been assured by April Willis and Virgin that we are at the other end of the resort. The resort is quite large so we are not worried.

Ok that sounds good

I contacted Lisette as April had an out of office on, and it looks like we've been upgraded to a king tower room

Hi yup!

But not until Tuesday, we're travelling to the airport on Monday though.

I guess you're flying on Monday?

Yeah we're flying on Monday.
