RS Transport paying cash

Hi can anyone help please.
We have booked RS to take us to DLP from the airport and from DLP back to the airport in August . On the booking it says to pay the driver cash. Are we expected to pay the full amount on the first part of the journey and if so what is the chances of them not turning up for the return journey?

no, if you're paying cash you pay half to the driver when he takes you to your hotel on your first day, and you pay the other half to the driver when he takes you to the airport on your last day.

I have always paid all at the time of arrival and never had any issues.

to be fair, i agree with this - because if you paid online in advance you'd be in the same situation.

I did it this way, and the driver didn't question it

Hi
We paid the full amount on arrival and driver confirmed the pick up date and time, I was a bit worried we weren't going to be collected as it was our first time using them but everything was fine. Would use them again.

Might be of interest, we needed transfers while at Disneyland and our group used pariseaglecab/ they arranged several transfers over the evening for several groups and also had carseats on request. Really nice luxury mini cabs seated 6 in the back plus luggage, arrived when they said they would and kept us informed of any delays, plus english speaking
