Proper clever sneaky little rodents, they are as clever as Border Collies. I hate rats only ever had one in the house about a week before my wife went in to labour hit behind kitchen cupboards but peanut butter on a big Trex trap did the job.

I have shot them on farms before but not for years one of the few things that I could now still shoot.

I was hoping it was just field mice at first which is very common here as we live in a rural village, I wouldn’t have minded those half as much, but rats? Ew no, they need to go ASAP. Rat poison has gone down next door and we will get some too, just hoping they don’t die in an awkward place...
