Well doing Mowvember firstly remember oldest sons friend who died of testicular cancer before he was 30 .
Next I remember I'm a man so sole purpose in life is carry anything heavy, repair anything broken and to be blamed for all that goes wrong. I'm on holiday this week to deliberately celebrate by chucking my underwear all over the floor , getting drunk and thinking that the wardrobe is the toilet just so I can remember my faults for the other 364 days of year. And smile as I know I did it deliberately. Enjoy fellow blokes.

I will be hitting the gym, chest day, look after our new pup, make the tea then chill with a beer and maybe a single malt, failing that dream of a beer and single malt 😂😂😂

We've had a big noise made about it at work, pleased about that.
I've cooked pancakes for the girls (wife, daughter and MIL), my kitchen, my rules! Working from home has been great to get back to doing most of the cooking. Mussels for lunch today. Might have to treat myself to a beer this evening to raise a glass to all those that can't. |

and weirdly my employer who i very on message , womans day is a massive deal, free stuff in the canteen, workshops/seminars/speaker onsite/online all day but not a peep yesterday im going to write to my MP |
