Not posh and not particularly strong. I am from Manchester originally but left 25 years ago, lived overseas for eight years and London / Herts for the rest. I tend to pick accents up so I am a bit of a blend now. I find there are not many people that would place me as Mancunian these days, but my vowels are pronounced the northern way.

Lol, I was about to post the exact same reply! I now live in wales and most people here say your from Birmingham aren’t you? I did have one chap who was from the NW of England pin point my accent to the next town from where I was born, that was impressive 😂😂

Yorkshire with a mix of Lancashire. I live quite near Todmorden which is close to Lancashire so I think I have a mix of both. It’s definitely not a strong Yorkshire accent. On holiday in Florida, I have been asked before whether I come from Manchester. Guess it’s because I must sound northern and it’s probably a more famous northern city than say Leeds.

I sound as common as muck... no to be quite honest I'm a true Yellowbelly with a polite voice but with some Lincolnshire twang 😂

According to my southern mother-in-law I have a broad yorkshire accent. In reality I've a Northern accent but fairly mixed as I lived in Hull, South Shields and Warrington as a child.

Posh Essex apparently!

I often get asked if I'm Australian which is strange as I don't hear that at all, but it happens fairly often.

Born in East London so a cockney accent. Lived there 49 years. Moved to Suffolk 16 years ago but I don't think I have picked up that accent although others may disagree!
