no Offence JJ,
but that thread as good as it is, is your interpretation of the official rules or copy of the official rules, and I'm sure it's very accurate, but I can't be certain of that, as I don't know the rules myself.
I'm trying to avoid any confusion that the DIBB offers a point of view on Visas and convictions. The only way I can do this is point people to the official sites.

If you have other official site links then I will be happy to add them to the list above.

So JJ do you want to start an argument JUST because I've not included your thread in the list above ?

You tell me you understand then make posts like the one above. I can't win can I

No Stu it looks to me as if Changes for changes sake

That thread has been up there for months ( now i haven't heard a peep about my interpretation of the official rules in that time from you ) infact it was added to by Anne ( at my request on 14 Apr 05 )

If you look at the 1st post it gives the offical line - it tell members how to apply for a Visa - a step by step guide to which forms you need to fill in and what you need to bring with you for your interview. If theres anything on that first post thats not the offical line let me know. Hey you never know you might learn something ( seeing you don't know the rules of entry )

You'd think i'd dreamed up my own set of rules for entry into the U.S

I don't want an argument end of story - you make whatever changes you want Stu.

I think the issue with visa's is (and i have just checked this on search) that there are 702 threads all asking related visa questions.

Clearly a lot of people have concerns, I myself was one, but 700+ threads clogs up a system where one link will suffice. Although I will admit the official garb confused me.

Best of luck with the changes Stu.
