Hi, We have booked our flight through Charter this year, I researched them before booking and got very good reviews as I'm sure you will get on this thread, so far they have phoned me twice offering to change my flight and save me money, the last offer i took them up on, we are going a day earlier and saving £1500 so getting an extra day, can't fault them so far, easy to get a hold of, they answer the emails I've sent fast and are very very helpful, can't really be sure until we get back but so far, I'm very impressed with them

Very very good. Used them twice now. Can be difficult to get hold of at times but have always come out the cheapest.

You might hear some mixed reviews but we booked with them for our trip this year and have had no problems at all so far! Our only little issue was the flight reference when we wanted to get our seats booked but we got it eventually So far so good and would happily book with them again

We have booked with them for our October holiday. They have us a great quote and we have had great customer service so far. Would recommend.

We used them last time. No issues with the holiday and would recommend although been a bit disappointed in them this time regarding quotes. Insisted to me they wouldn't do me a quote without flights but read others have had them without flights no issue. Got better Disney quote elsewhere this time. Not sure why they don't like to give flight ref numbers either.
