Are Getaflight reliable?

Hi folks,

Has anyone heard of or used a company called 'getaflight'? Their address is given as London. Always a bit hesitant to use a company I haven't heard of.

Just that Travelsupermarket brings up lots of indirect options through this company from Dublin with major carriers such as American Airlines for at least £20 cheaper than on their sites.

My initial thinking is that it's just not worth the risk for a saving of £80+ (4 people). I've read too many stories on here of people using third parties only to have horrendous experiences, cancelled/changed flights, contacting customer services, etc.

But any feedback from anyone who has used them is welcome!
