The food looks amazing and a great variety. I do love a good cocktail and boy did they look good.

Have requested to follow you on Insta, Im wildelady on there

Thanks for doing such a great report
Thank you . We did get a nice variety of food although we always gravitate back to those steaks in the end And I think that may be my best cocktail range as well. Holiday without the teens .. it’s a revelation

We always find the Americans love our accents. When we were at POR last October I was walking to the food court to collect our refill mugs when an older American lady with her family asked if they going in the right direction, I said I wasn't sure and I was just hoping it was this way. She then made a big fuss of me and said I sounded like 'Vera' she chatted about how she loved the English and accent, it was so lovely. Sorry got carried away there

Louisiana - Shreveport - The portions sizes look huge but like you say sometimes it can be akward taking pictures with others around, that's why I never take pics at the buffet haha.

Still working my way through I'll try more tomorrow xx
Ha ha those pies. Too weird really. We stood out in so many places as the lone Brits.

The casino food was ok, not outstanding but not bad either. High Rollers must have big appetites

Buffets are so hard to get decent pics of !

Not good that the mash was cold and you didn't get your sauce I thought they would have comped you or reduced the bill a little. I don't think I'd have been too happy with the price tag considering either.

Now I love a strawberry daiquiri, it's usually my drink of choices but I can't get away with putting cream in it! That's just wrong on so many levels

I love the stickers you got with the Shark Attack haha, really made me laugh.

Georgia- Jekyll Island - so sorry you didn't have a good travel day. That sandwich in the airport really doesn't look appealing at all, however, it seems you made up for it at the hotel bar and a relatively good price too.

Oh I love the breakfast offerings, fab that you can make your own waffle and different flavours too.

Georgia- Tybee Island - is it childish I laughed all through this report but the food does look lovely.

South Carolina - Hilton Head Island - This meal looked lovely and so do breakfast

South Carolina - Charleston - oh my word Bin 152 looks lovely if a little pricey Little Jack's Tavern looks really nice, love the size of Andy's portion compared to yours

Lunch looked lovely and reasonably priced. Did you research all these eateries before you went or did you just decide on the day?

South Carolina - Savannah - The food at Olde Pink house looks amazing, that baby pumpkin is adorable. Good choice of food for breakfast too xx

Stroubes, yeah given the issues we did think we might get the sauce knocked off the bill as it arrived so late.

Have to say the cream melted in that drink really quickly along with the ice and it wasn’t very nice. Whoever thought that was a good idea.. it wasn’t

I have a video that goes with the shark attack. I did post it on insta but missed it on here. I will add it to the trippy. It makes the whole experience

Ha ha. Fannies. Proper Viz territory. Great place.

Hilton Head food wise was good. I wasn’t sure they were going to be up to much but surprised us

Bin 152 was cool. It was even more expensive when they initially mischarged for the bottle of wine over $100 but soon sorted . Proper adulting spot that was. Sophisticated afternoon drinking. Makes it more acceptable

Yes I researched them all. I tend to use the eater.com and 10best.com websites as my starting points as tripadvisor is a bit random. Then it’s slogging through the menus as some of the recommended places just don’t suit our tastes.

Florida- Palm Coast - Loving the WalMart shop just think of all the money you saved without them though

Outback looks nice, thankfully your card was still there when you went back the next day.

Johnny's D's menu looked really good, the portion sizes were huge too and very reasonably priced I'd say.

Barefoot Bill's again seems to be priced well in fact all the food at the Palm Coast seems to be.

I'm not a huge Indian lover but the food looked lovely.

I really laughed at the deep fried cheesecake but it looks delicious coming from a non-cheesecake fan!

I also love Diners, Drive In and Dives so glad you enjoyed it.

Florida - Orlando - I can't believe the fat on the prime rib at Manny's! I really can't get away with fatty meat Longhorn's is still top for us

Anna Maria Island - Oh I'm so sorry about your experience here. I've heard such lovely things about Anna Maria Island too. I think once you get into the mindset it's hard to bring thigs back up again isn't it. I really hope the next few days improve for you.

Florida - Clearwater - oh my word, I can't believe your bad luck was continuing, this must have been some storm! I definitely think you deserved the cosmo after the last couple of days.

Those crab cake sliders look lovely

I could really eat a Flo's filet and loaded potato right now, why can't we have Longhorns here!

Frenchy's looks lovely and reasonably priced, we have this planned for our stay over in Clearwater so I'm really looking forward to this now.

Thank you so much for the report I've really enjoyed it looks like you had an amazing trip and lots of nice eateries too xx

We had such a great variety at Palm Coast. We really had a great spot with plenty to choose from.

Mannys and AMI .. not how Id expected either to be We can laugh about AMI now but at the time it was miserable

Clearwater definitely improved as the days went on. The hotel was mid way between the two main restaurant strips so another great location.

Thank you so much for reading and all the comments. It’s really appreciated and I’m pleased you enjoyed it.

I miss some of that food so much
