Packing for DLP.

Ok dibbers, I need your help. Packing for Florida is so easy, but I’m in a right old mess trying to sort our cases for DLP. I keep taking stuff out, putting more in; DD seems to think, as it’s Disney, it will be scorching hot so has a succession of wildly unsuitable shorts and vests but not much else. I’m tearing my hair out!

I’m obsessively checking the weather apps and have settled on packing as if it was a UK break i.e cover all possible weathers.

Any tips from the seasoned pros gratefully received.

Best thing you can do is check the weather reports to be honest. I went in October with my niece, would've just packed warm stuff, but checked weather reports and it looked nice. It was excessively nicer than expected, like 25° and we only needed sweaters/a light jacket maybe, in the evenings.

It was definitely tee shirt weather the rest of the day, except maybe really first thing.

Have a good trip! X

I recommend layers and mix and match clothing items. I wore 6 layers in April due to the cold wind!

The forecast for next week looks pretty good but I would still pack layers as it could still be cool in the evening plus there are showers forecast on one day so you may need a rain coat.

Thanks everyone
I've opted for a bit of everything. Weather looks pretty nice but we're taking a jacket each and a couple of things to layer up with if needed. Hopefully we won't get too much rain.

I got sunburn in DLP and froze in a winter coat in Florida. Always be prepared!
