We stayed last month. Iíd just add to that the staff were all without exception extremely nice. On the Strip hotels itís understandably less personal.

The walk was fine, usually a few homeless people congregating outside the gas station (didnít bother me but I know it does some people). We used the gas station for snacks and water and it was VERY cheap compared to the Strip.
