What's your top 3 priorities when choosing a villa

Location, south facing decent sized pool and wifi.
After that we don't mind too much about furnishings etc.

another deal breaker is the kitchen white goods (prefer a cooker with a glass top) and pool furniture - don't like the plastic tubular furniture. I know that they are a weird set of criteria but the upgraded furnishings usually mean money has been invested in the property. Oh and no floral sofas/tropical furnishings

So, and this us just a guess here as none of my American friends live in Florida, do all Floridian rental homes have plastic plants? Is it the norm to be surrounded by indoor vegetation? Our last villa had a large abundance of ivy growing on anything that stood still, lamp stands, kitchen units the works really, though on saying that there was a nice display in the hallway I must admit.

Cleanliness is very important but hard to judge when looking on the internet. Then for us it is Location location location. I know some people say location is not that important but after staying at a beautiful villa in a lovely area that was just that bit too far away from everything location is now top for us. Obviously there are other factors as well so I will say
1. Location
2. Not overlooked
3. Pool

Location! When choosing my limit was 3 miles to Disney property.

Decor 🙈 I know people say it's just annase and as long as it's clean but I want somewhere modern and grander than my own place if on holiday.

Pool. South facing, Jacuzzi and not overlooked at all.

Privacy! I must have a fence, hedge or wall! Can't bear paying for a private pool and then being 8 foot from my neighbours on their deck with just the screen mesh between us. Not that many developments allow fences, but it is essential for me.

Location is important to me.

Thirdly, I prefer a more modern interior if possible.
