Another vote for Virgin Atlantic Car Hire they were the cheapest for us and all paperwork through really quick for the OLCI to skip the counter

I keep looking to see if I can get mine cheaper but prices are just on the up all the time.

Rentalcars were the cheapest when I looked this week
Try Netflights or Expedia as well
