My DH suffers from sea-sickness and we did a Carribean cruise a few years back in the winter. Most of the time he was fine but we did have one night when the sea was very rough and he was ill, but it was quite extreme - you could feel the boat rocking as you walked up the corridoors! Think this was unusual circumstances and I'm sure you would be fine in normal weather. Go for it you will love it!
