Ok, I apologise, I'm sure I'm being stupid! We are not all going to be attending all the meals I book at Disney (we are off-site guests). I have just made a booking but cannot work out how to remove one of my party from the reservation. At the moment the reservation is for 6 people but I only want it to be for 5 of our party. I tried clicking on the name of the person who won't be with us on that occasion to see if there was a way of removing them but it wasn't immediately obvious (to me, anyway). Sorry, I'm sure I'm missing something obvious but some advice would be very much appreciated

You can't do it online. You'd either have to call to edit it, or cancel the reservation completely and re-book it for 5 people. Alternatively, you can leave it for 6 and then just say that one of the party couldn't make it when you check in. For a party of 5, they'll give you a table for 6 anyway.

I just rang and adjusted the number of guests from 6 to 5. The cast member was sure I should have been able to do this online but you really can't. Thanks for your help, loves2plan
