From Kissimmee, get on I4 East (although at this point it does actually go North on a map !) and exit at the Beachline Expressway - this only goes East from I4. Just keep following towards the coast and you WILL have signs directing you to Port Canaveral/Cocoa Beach. As you reach the causeways over water, you will likely see your ship to the nearside and then just go to the signposted terminal as per your tickets.

As you drive up to the terminal you will see the signs for the car park You can either get Dh to drop you and the luggage off at the terminal first, before he goes to park, or all park and then take luggage to terminal. Its only over the small access road so just a matter of yards anyway It's all well sign posted.
hope that helps
