Definately go with kong toys they are the only ones that last in our house, ones where you put treats inside or the kong paste are popular... Best use for the long paste we find is for hiding tablets lol. Have a look on amazon at balls you can fill with socks... Its a good idea for all the odd socks we all have at home and keeps ours occupied for a bit trying to pull them out, I'll try and add a link later xx

Our retriever loved tiny puppy tennis balls (we had kong ones and some pets at home ones) as she either ripped teddies you pieces or just ignored them. And those soft super squeaky balls that make you want to bin them.. yeah she loved them 😂

I agree with the Kongs... any soft toy is destroyed in minutes...and destuffed in minutes...my daughter got mine some indestructible leather ones for Christmas...it took them a bit longer, but they too were ruined. Here’s mine when they were little. 😍

 I must have had a lot of bad luck with Kong, I have tried quite a few and they have not lasted more than a couple of days, get totally ripped apart by my pugs. I won’t buy again. |

He was born Friday and we can’t meet him yet due to lockdown but we’ve FaceTimed my cousin and chosen him ( just 2 boys so wasn’t hard ) . He won’t be coming until mid June anyway and we will meet him when we can after lockdown . I’ll update with pictures soon . Thank you everyone. I just thought I’d eat a few things ordered whilst we are in lockdown so I have some things for his arrival home . He will have a blanket and I’m posting a t shirt for him with us on it in a few weeks if we are still in lockdown . It’s like having a new baby coming

Our lab pup is now a massive 6 months old. The best toy we have found is a mega egg. The shape means they can’t pick it up and any pressure applied (face/paw) means it skitters away and causes much hilarity and fun! A great buy and very durable.

I just buy whatever kids cuddly toy you can get in the charity shops, there always 50p and they last about a day when my two labs play tug of war!
