Cancelled Flights with Easyjet Try this...
Try this number 0330 365 5454
Hit 1 for English then 1 again for flights only. If you then hear a "we're sorry" voice hang up as they cut you off. Keep trying. Once you don't hear the we're sorry voice you're in the queue and should get through fairly quickly. I tried 3 times in 10 minutes and got through on my third try. I had 2 bookings cancelled and once being connected it was all dealt with in under a few minutes. No hard sell trying to get me to take vouchers. She just did a straight refund of both. I got 2 emails come through straight away confirming the refunds. I think she said it might take up to 7 days to process. |

Fab thanks for this just rang them and got through straight away! Refund 5-7 days! Took a few minutes. Thanks for sharing.

I’ve just tried ringing but didn’t get through. I had an email on 16/3/20 confirming a refund was being processed & to allow 7 days. Still not had it though & not heard anything further from them.

I just got off the phone when I last posted. I pressed 1 then 1 again and didn’t press anymore options and managed to get through. He offered a voucher but I explained we already have future flights booked. Went away to see if he was allowed to process refund, came back on phone and said he would put refund through for us. All sorted! Thank goodness.

My cancelled flight has no disappeared from app so I hope that’s a good sign. My August flight to Paris is still there.

Thanks for this post. I managed to get through on the phone this morning. Although I’d received an email saying the refund was being processed, I wouldn’t have received it without ringing them.
