Hey everyone,
We’re going to DLP first time in May (29-31). It’s turning out to be an expensive trip but I’m sure it’ll be worth it. Anyway, we’ve booked flights today and going on the 28th and staying about 5 mins away. On the morning on 29th, what’s the earliest we can check in at Disney’s Hotel Cheyenne to get our tickets/leave luggage and head to the parks? Also what’s everyone suggestions for transfers from CDG? I’ve checked Magic Shuttle and it’s quoting €92 😳 for the two of us. We arrive into CDG at 17:30 on 28th and leave at 21:10 on 31st. Any tips and hints you guys got would also be great. We’ve already booked Plaza Gardens on the 30th. Where would people suggest for the other night buffet? Thanks 😝 |

Check RS Transports shared shuttle for transfers. Round trip for 2 people currently £73.80 on their site.
Agree La Grange is probably the best standard level buffet.

Cheyenne reception and check in is 24hrs so you can check in and leave your bags early if you wish. That way you can maximise your first day at the parks, rooms will be ready for use from 3pm.

We did a few buffets recently and our favourite was Hunter's Grill at Sequoia Lodge, a fantastic selection of foods...

It’s great, but Hunter’s Lodge is Plus level so you would need to pay extra

You can pick up your park tickets from the Cheyenne the night before. We did this on our recent trip and it meant that in the morning we could just drop our bags at the luggage room and head straight for the park without having to worry about a big queue for check-in disrupting our plan to do EMT!

For food, La Grange is hands down the best Standard Plan buffet so I would recommend doing this for your second night.

We love Agrabah buffet. If you like your food spicier and curried then give it a go. Good theming and in the park too. Plaza gardens is ok but always ram jam packed - billy bobs is a better option unless you really dont want to leave the park.
Lucky nugget is technically counter service but is a bit of an amalgam being semi table service, often with shows running. Hotel will store your bags till your room is ready so check in as early as you can to get the park tickets. Use EMH for the busier rides and see the shows in the afternoons. Weekdays are usually lighter than weekends, half term might be busy all week but at least the evenings are longer. |
