Arrow Slimming world online

Do you feel like the online is as good as going to a group? If you have been to a group that is.
Thinking of joining online but then, is it worth it?

I think it depends on your willpower levels and if you value the social side of going to a group. I get as much from other members as I do from the Slimming World material. Chatting to others about meal ideas and supporting each other is part of my SW. I don’t think personally I wouldn’t gain anything at all from an online membership, but that is me. I’m sure online works for many people but personally I don’t see the value in it for me.
If you have the willpower to keep at it without a class you could even join at a class, get all the books and info and just don’t go to the class again and keep at it at home on your own. I’m sure lots of people do this. Set aside a day and time to weigh every week. I really don’t have that kind of willpower though !

I've tried online a few times but just don't have the willpower to stick to the plan as well when I don't have the pressure of going to get weighed each week!

I’ve done both, but I much prefer going to group, by having someone weigh me it keeps me focused and I can’t lie to myself! Online is great if you have the willpower, but I didn’t. I weigh in at group every week, but I don’t always stay to group. We have a great FB group, and my consultant is fab and there always seem to be support at the end of a phone, whether it be text, FB group etc.
