Keto

Thinking of doing a keto diet. Anyone done one or doing one that has any tips or websites to look at?

Thanks

I do Keto...Diet Doctor is a fab source for meal ideas and recipes and the KetoUK reddit is great for sourcing things in the UK. M&S offer a lot of keto friendly foods!

Good luck...the first week can be hard and you can come down with ‘keto flu’ quite easily so I’d suggest getting hold of the electrolyte fizzers (similar to Berocca) to help with that, or drink some chicken stock broth x

I've been keto for years (holidays don't count! ). I second Diet Doctor, has al the resources you need starting out in one place. Membership definitely not necessary as there's so much free stuff on there - however if just starting out and unsure it could be worth a month's trial for the extra support.
If on FB there's loads of groups for support & questions. Tons of great blogs with recipes out there, I'd advise maybe holding off the keto bakes for the first couple of weeks if you can as they're easy to overeat... with that said there's some great treat recipes if you're struggling with cravings.
