Sorry, frazzled mind. Having a Christmas clearout. It is frightening and embarrassing. The stuff!🙈
This is genius. Thank you!

Floridatilly - little man asked Nanny why she had a hairy chin when she wasn’t a boy. She messaged me when she got home to say she’d got the razor out 😬😂

Us too. School have refused to buy anymore. I’m needing to put a bumper pack on my Christmas list.

I’ve bought DS19’s girlfriend a highland cow. Not a real one obviously.😂 I’ve adopted one and you get a certificate with a QR code which you scan and can see the cows. She loves highland cows so I’m hoping she’ll like it. I also went down the traditional route and got her Pandora. 😂
Well the cow was a massive success. I was informed today that it was her favourite present. Of course, now she wants to visit it and DH is wondering why I adopted a cow that is a three hour drive north of Glasgow when I could have adopted one down the road in Barnsley. 😂

I'm intrigued! What are kids doing with all this blu-tac? I'm imagining some sort of blu-tac TikTok trend!

Has nothing to do with tic tok... I've worked in schools for over 20 years and kids just love blutac lol. The tiniest wee bit and they will play with it for hours. We actually give some to children who find it hard to concentrate on the mat or in assemblies etc. It keeps their hands busy but keeps their minds focused on the teaching/learning etc.

But blutac has been a fascination long before the Internet and the stupid tic toc rubbish.

When our middle child was around 8 he asked for hedge cutters like daddy has. My mother, in her ‘wisdom’, bought a pair for him with bright yellow handles and incredibly sharp blades.

We carefully let him use them for a few minutes supervised, then suggested we put it away safely in the garden shed until he was a little older. He was very happy with this, and later on as a teenager, often used it to help out in the garden
