I once had a tub of Bisto gravy granules taken off me at MCO. Although the ingredients said there was no meat the customs officer said I couldn't take it in. I only took them as they are quite expensive in the States.

Was it the red one? Some of the other types of Bisto have beef extract in them. I now have a print off of the ingredients. Have declared it every time and not had a problem yet! Just takes one customs officer I suppose. We are at there mercy. For a holiday I would not be bothered at all, but I have to bring my yearly supply back!
