Hi. Yes you get assistance.
Basically (apart from the windscreen undercarriage and tire cover) its a rip off.
Another Dibber - Greyfriars had his car reversed into outside a Restaurant whilst parked and unattended. Alamo came out and he had a new car delivered in an hour.
Its their car and their problem and they are very good at sorting it
I have had breakdowns on the New Jersey turnpike and in Florida, had a slow puncture and electrical faults. All resolved by the different companies e.g. Avis, Dollar and Alamo.
The fleets are very good but issues do happen as with all cars.

Thanks once again for your assurance. I have happily taken on all the planning for our holiday as love spending hours on the Dibb but now it's a week away DH has thrown in a couple of questions I hadn't thought about!

Do you mean he has renewed his photocard so the expiry date is different?

With regard to trolleys they are in those 'automated slide rows' where you have to insert coins to get them to release. I dont know how much they are as I have never used them but I think when you put them back it retains your money. Not like Asda trolleys!
Yep exactly, not major but will just need to sort it at desk. Glad I kept the coins from last trip, don't think did and I could manage 3 large cases alone. Thanks
