I wasn't all that bothered that she had opened something to begin with, I was relieved that I found the missing parcel. It wasn't until I thought about it later that it annoyed me.

I also ship to the uk from her
I ask her to open my parcels to tick of everything has arrived then get them put together

We had excellent service last year. The boxes were condensed but we had no problem with that.

she has still never got back to me about my order she has, and I wasted a lot of time on my last holiday trying to contact her even going to the post office box she has down as her address but no luck, as I said great when things go to plan but disappears when things go wrong

I've contacted her twice. 1st time via email and got no response so I tried her fb page to which she replied but then never replied to my following message (which I sent straight away after hers) asking for details of her parcel delivery service. I just want to order some t-shirts but the P&P is $20 direct from one of the companies! It's so frustrating!

Does anyone know of any other parcel delivery companies? I used Carrie Engler last time but sadly she's not doing it anymore 😩

I used Mockingjay last August and it was completely hassle-free - I ordered A LOT of parcels (dad almost had a coronary - a lot of it was just packaging to be fair), arranged to collect them from Lisa the day after we arrived at her home and there they all were, sitting in the front room ready to be loaded into the car. Lisa and her husband helped load the car up and off we went.

I contacted through Facebook - had heard about inconsistent replies through the website - and got really quick responses, despite the time difference.

I can obviously only comment on my own experience and appreciate others may have had entirely different ones, but I would definitely use them again.

I've tried contacting them to arrange a parcel delivery via FB, but got a response which said "We're currently on vacation until 10/18"... assuming that means October the 18th, it's a pretty long vacation .
