Your welcome hornetgirl, we had the following alcohol included:

• Welcome cocktail (The Wave, Contemporary)
• HippopotoMai-Tai Cocktail, as per my picture (Trader Sams, Polynesian)
• Large Glass of White / Red Wine (Cítricos, Grand Floridian)
• Glass of Champagne with cheese (Grand Floridian)
• Baileys latte (Contemporary Fireworks viewing area)

We did not have any but they also mentioned that you could ask for soft drink at anytime if you desired it.

Hope they open up the dates for you

We did this earlier this month as a joint celebration for mine & DH birthday. We got our reservation by persistence and pure luck (extra dates release), the event is limited to 26 places per evening, hence the limited availability.

The food and drink quality was great and the standard of the signature restaurants you find on resort. The set up varies at each resort with both standing and sit down tables. The event is social and this is encouraged as part of the experience, we met two great American couples which we had a blast with. After the event we all ending up at YC to visit Beaches and Cream as one of them had never been, so off we all went.

Back to the event...Disney seem to have got the timing right on this one, we never felt rushed by the cast members who were escorting us, and always got the monorail with perfect timing. On arrival we were given event neck lanyard each to signify we were part of the group, and is a nice keepsake. It was a good way to see the resorts, we had never been to the Polynesian and from what we say will defiantly explore in the future. The viewing area for Wishes i would say was good with tables and rows of benches set up, but in my opinion the view was not as nice as Californian Grill's.

Whilst it was an expensive evening we felt it was fantastic in reflecting the quality and quantity of the food and drink therefore good value, we hope this is something disney will continue as we would love to do it again in the future.

Thanks for a great review and this is something we are looking forward to doing in September when we visit. We are staying at the Grand FLo, so it will be nice and handy, but a good opportunity to do the 'social thing' as you say, and try things you wouldn't normally try.

There doesn't seem to be much about dates after March, so I hope it is a success and they roll it out further. I am due to book my ADRs next month, but I doubt this experience will be up by then, so I will book a 'reserve' restaurant and keep checking back, hoping for the best!

Defiantly not a night for driving we used UBER between Windsor Palms and the Contemporary, worth the small expense so we could both enjoy the evening.

I honestly did not think we would get the booking, so it was a pleasant surprise when the dates became available, it is always worth having a good 'reserve' though
