Dd is comfortable idmost footwear.
Last year she took Birkenstocks, jellies, crocs and Havaianas. The only ones I tell her not to wear for longer park days are the havaianas as her feet get filthy in them. |

My daughter, though a bit younger will have salt water sandals, crocs and light trainers. I'll buy all 3 in the next few months so they can wear them in advance to break them in. They've both lived in the salt water sandals every summer for the last few years as they are so comfortable, I'm thinking of getting an adult pair for myself.

We took crocs, clarks sandals and Skechers Go Walks for dd.
Only the Go Walks were used as they were ultra comfy and dd didn't moan or complain about walking once! And she is a whinger in general... Same again this year. |

Looking at photos, mine wore Skechers that lit up, crocs that were like Mary Janes, Taylor swift keds (v Comfy and light) she bought out there, other trainers she already had, etc. Just don't expect her to wear any stiff brand new shoes without breaking them in first at home for a couple of weeks ... or if you're buying out there, make sure there's nothing to rub or that she wears with socks first, like mine did with the keds.

My 13 and 12 year olds wear their pe trainers, which are very comfy, along with broken in casual flat shoes/walking sandals and crocs.

Proud to wear my Ears

My daughter is now 12, 3 previous trips and takes a variety of footwear to mix up, nothing brand new though.
Normally converse sandals and Mary Jane Crocs. Good luck with whatever you choose. |
